Product Support Specialist – Job Description 1-800 Radiator & A/C, a Driven Brands company, is seeking a

Product Support Specialist

in the automotive aftermarket industry. The role focuses on automotive parts content creation, cataloging, and support. Successful candidates will develop their knowledge of our business model, specialized auto parts cataloging skills, and have access to promotional opportunities.

How You Will Own It

Demonstrate familiarity with the automotive industry focusing on vehicle make, model, systems and parts, and their functional relationships.

Act as an effective communicator with strong written and verbal skills.

Possess knowledge and experience in automotive repair and replacement parts industry.

Show analytical and mechanical aptitude.

Provide customer‑service orientation.

Act as a self‑starter, independently improving working methods and practices.

Ability to multitask and adapt to shifting priorities.

Maintain Service Level Agreement for inbound support requests.

Conduct regular catalog quality‑assurance reviews and corrections.

Submit catalog updates while adhering to best practices and standards.

Tier 1 vehicle system diagnosis.

Communicate with external trading partners to resolve product concerns.

Manage digital assets.

Publish external catalogs in the Autocare.org standard.

What You’ll Bring

2+ years of experience within the automotive parts or repair sector.

Practical computer literacy.

Experience with MS Office Suite.

Added Fuel If You Have

Familiarity with Autocare.org standardized data.

Experience in MS SQL, MS ACCESS, or similar database mining language.

Experience with an Automotive PIM system.

Location: California

Compensation Range: $79,200.00 – $141,500.00 per year.

Compensation Frequency: Annual.

Base pay offered may vary depending on actual location, job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience. Supplemental pay types may include commissions or bonus incentives, depending on the role.
