The Benefits Analyst administers health and welfare benefit programs, assists with new processes and programs, and ensures compliance. This role interacts with HR teams to ensure benefits throughout the employment lifecycle are efficient. Responsibilities include working with external vendors, assisting HR teams with benefit-related questions, and supporting all U.S. locations in resolving administrative issues. Responsibilities
Day-to-day administration of health & wellness plans for all U.S. locations. Works closely with external vendors, internal payroll, HRIS, and HR contacts. Administer programs in compliance with Federal, state, and local laws. Check disability claim status on a weekly basis and collaborate with payroll for benefit payments. Troubleshoot and fix benefit transmission errors. Assist with annual enrollment activities. Update internal and external benefit website pages to ensure data and policy accuracy. Process allocation of expenses and vendor invoices. Perform 401(k) funding activity as needed. Resolve benefit issues in a timely and efficient manner to ensure fairness and compliance. Prepare communications, including periodic benefits updates and website updates. Coordinate wellness activities with vendors and lead organizing fairs at locations. Perform benefits audits and data quality checks as needed. Adhere to tight deadlines, multi-task, and manage shifting priorities. Qualifications
Minimum 2-3 years' experience in HR and/or benefits administration. Knowledge of employee benefits and applicable laws. Strong comfort level with HR-related technology and systems. Experience building relationships with vendors, advisors, and internal stakeholders to ensure collaboration and service. Ability to interpret and explain benefits plans and policy features to a broad audience. Proficient in MS-Office. Seniority level
