Job Summary:
Join our dynamic team as a Sales and Customer Service Representative, focusing on EV Charger, Tesla WallPack, and Solar Installations. As a Tesla Channel Partner working with Duke Energy and regional EV customers, you will promote the adoption of sustainable energy solutions in Charlotte, Raleigh, and Durham.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with customers and dealership sales teams to ensure new EV owners are equipped with home charging stations and energy products.
Coordinate with electricians and staff for installation scheduling.
Create marketing materials to showcase EV charging, Tesla WallPacks, and solar benefits.
Address customer inquiries with enthusiasm and provide clear information.
Use CRM (Service Titan) to update customers and track project statuses.
Maintain accurate customer and project records.
Dispatch installation crews efficiently.
Manage client schedules for organized and punctual appointments.
Qualifications:
Excellent communication and phone etiquette.
Proven sales experience in Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, or related industries.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
High school diploma or equivalent.
