Role Description This is a full‑time, on‑site Shift Manager position located in Port Orange, FL. The Shift Manager will oversee daily operations, ensure customer satisfaction, and maintain high‑quality food standards. Key responsibilities include supervising team members, managing schedules, monitoring inventory, ensuring compliance with safety and cleanliness standards, and providing hands‑on leadership during shifts. The Shift Manager will also support team development and ensure efficient service delivery.

Qualifications

Leadership and supervisory skills, including experience managing teams in a fast‑paced environment.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills for managing daily operations, staff schedules, and inventory.

Customer service and communication skills to deliver a positive dining experience and address guest needs effectively.

Knowledge of food safety, health regulations, and operational compliance standards.

Ability to solve problems and make decisions under pressure to ensure smooth workflow during shifts.

High school diploma or equivalent; prior restaurant or retail management experience is highly preferred.
