Job Purpose
Support the shop floor and Quality Control quality system and improvement programs to guide quality performance, mindset, and customer satisfaction at the site level. Salary Range Based on Experience: $70,000 - $90,000. Main Responsibilities
Support local shop floor quality system and improvement projects. Support quality audits, data analysis, and spreadsheet reports. Support Quality Control improvement projects (flows, methods, calibration). Assist with customer complaints and non-conformance management (Z1, ZV, Z2Q, Z2P, Z3). Troubleshoot local issues related to expertise. Coach QC Technicians on daily testing and SAP use. Academic Background
Required: Technical or Business Administration bachelor's degree or equivalent education with relevant experience. Desired: PCQI certification, Hazard certification, Spanish speaker. Professional Experience
4-5 years in quality assurance. Technical Skills
Experience with food safety and project management skills. Knowledge of relevant QIC, FC&A, and Ops processes (e.g., Ingredient lifecycle, Vendor and Customer Quality, Formula management, Continuous improvement, Complaint and Crisis Management, Industrialization, Audit, Change Management). Basic understanding of Givaudan's order fulfillment, brief management, and Regulatory processes (IDDC). Experience with manufacturing technologies (liquids, powders, emulsions, etc.) and product characteristics. Knowledge of Givaudan's IT systems (Atlas, Athena, SAP, etc.).
