About The Role
We are seeking a proactive
Site Operations Specialist
to support logistics operations for oversized and specialized cargo at client sites. This position plays a critical role in coordinating delivery schedules, communicating with vendors and clients, and ensuring all logistics activities run smoothly, safely, and on time. Ideal candidates have hands-on experience in warehousing or trucking and are comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
Support the Site Operations Manager with scheduling and coordination of equipment and OOG (Over-Sized, Over-Weight) deliveries Monitor logistics activities for compliance with company policies and safety regulations Serve as a point of contact for clients to gather requirements and resolve logistics issues Coordinate closely with warehouse teams, drivers, and third-party vendors to ensure timely delivery Address and troubleshoot any delivery or unloading challenges; implement contingency plans as needed Keep accurate records of shipments, inventory, and logistics processes Submit regular performance and incident reports Participate in safety audits and team training sessions to maintain high operational standards
Qualifications
1–5 years of experience in logistics, warehousing, or trucking operations Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to multitask and work independently under pressure Familiarity with safety protocols and logistics compliance standards Experience with international shipments and customs processes (preferred) Proficiency in Microsoft Office and logistics software Korean bilingual Willingness to work in outdoor or variable environments as needed
