Assist customers in servicing, repairing, and explaining each service needed. Understand customer requirements and concerns to match with various service options. Explain services being performed and keep customers informed throughout the vehicle service process. Stay up to date on new products, features, and accessories; attend product training as required. Maintain a customer follow-up system that supports repeat and referral business and enhances customer satisfaction. Hire and supervise all service department personnel; monitor their performance in servicing customers. Set goals and objectives for the department, including an annual operating budget and marketing plan to promote new business. Maintain a high Customer Service Index (CSI) rating by handling customer complaints promptly and effectively. Qualifications
At least 3 years of experience as a service manager or certified Ford service advisor seeking advancement. Strong focus on providing excellent customer service. High school diploma or higher education. Clean driving record and valid driver's license. Driven personality, eager to improve, and able to support internal teams.
