Junior Business Analyst

to join our team in Los Angeles. We are looking for a detail-oriented, analytical individual passionate about optimizing workflows, automating manual processes, and improving operational efficiency. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, organized, and skilled in

SQL, Python, and Excel , with a basic understanding of accounting concepts. This role supports system implementations, streamlines data workflows, and develops processes to drive productivity. What you'll do as a Junior Business Analyst? Analyze operational workflows and identify inefficiencies, offering data-driven recommendations to improve business performance. Automate manual and repetitive processes using SQL and Python to streamline operations and reduce turnaround times. Support system implementations by gathering business requirements, assisting with user testing, and documenting process changes. Develop reports and dashboards using Excel and SQL to monitor key performance indicators and support decision-making. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve problems, improve internal tools, and enhance overall process efficiency.
