We’re looking for a dynamic, results-driven Business Development Manager to drive new business across our target markets. The ideal candidate combines marketing strategy, business development, relationship management, and account management skills. In this role you will identify and engage prospective clients, manage the full sales cycle, and shape solutions that align with prospect needs and strategic priorities. This role is highly collaborative, working closely with senior leadership and subject matter experts to pursue high-quality opportunities that expand Makse Group’s presence in key markets. The expected pay range for this position is $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 USD annually, based on the candidate's qualifications and experience. Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new opportunities through targeted outreach, Workday counterparts, channel partnerships, networking, referrals, and industry engagement, maintaining a robust pipeline of qualified prospects. Lead the end-to-end sales process, including prospect qualification, discovery, proposal development, and deal negotiation and closure. Build relationships with executive stakeholders and key decision‑makers, serving as a strategic partner throughout the sales cycle. Maintain an active pipeline of qualified opportunities and manage accurate forecasting and reporting through CRM tools. Collaborate with internal marketing teams to execute sales campaigns, go‑to‑market strategies, and digital content initiatives. Collaborate with internal leadership and delivery teams to align Makse Group’s capabilities with each prospect’s business goals. Represent Makse Group at conferences, events, and other external forums to enhance brand visibility and network with prospective clients. Stay informed on industry trends, market shifts, and competitive activity to guide prospecting and positioning strategies. Requirements
5+ years of experience in business development, account executive, or consultative sales roles, ideally within professional services or technology consulting fields. Proven success managing the full sales cycle and closing complex, high-value deals. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build credibility and rapport with executive-level stakeholders. Skilled at identifying client needs and aligning value propositions to business challenges. Demonstrated ability to analyze market trends and identify business opportunities. Highly organized and self‑directed, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability. Detail‑oriented with the capacity to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously and deliver results efficiently. Strong leadership skills with experience managing and mentoring a small team. Proficient in CRM systems and other business development tools. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field required; advanced degree a plus.
