Flooring Estimator/Project Manager

Premier Tile Design specializes in the installation and fabrication of tile, carpet, LVT, VCT, sheet vinyl, granite, marble, quartz, stone, exterior stacked stone, and face brick. With a focus on quality, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness, we have worked on regional remodel programs for national hospitality and retail customers. As a fully insured and bonded company, we handle about 250 units a year and work with major fast food and restaurant groups. Our services also extend to retail displays and showrooms for a variety of sectors including building materials, jewelry, consumer goods, and automotive.

Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Flooring Estimator/Project Manager located in the Detroit Metropolitan Area. The Flooring Estimator/Project Manager will be responsible for daily tasks such as preparing construction and project cost estimates, managing project budgets, and communicating with various stakeholders to ensure project success. The role requires a proactive approach to cost management and project estimation, ensuring efficiency in project execution.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Cost Management, Budgeting

Strong analytical and organizational skills

Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field is preferred

Experience in the construction or flooring industry is a plus
