As
Plant Manager , you’ll lead operations within a complex
machine assembly plant , overseeing the production of advanced, automated processing systems. You’ll be responsible for driving operational performance, ensuring build quality and reliability, and developing a culture of excellence across all teams, from assembly and fabrication to testing and shipping. Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations across machine assembly, fabrication, testing, and shipping areas. Lead and mentor teams of assemblers, technicians, engineers, and production supervisors. Ensure equipment and systems are built to exacting quality, performance, and safety standards. Optimize workflow, resource planning, and production scheduling to meet customer deadlines. Partner with engineering to support new product introductions and design-for-manufacture improvements. Drive operational excellence through Lean Manufacturing, 5S, and continuous improvement initiatives. Maintain a safe, efficient, and compliant workplace in accordance with all environmental, health, and safety regulations. Manage budgets, production KPIs, and plant performance metrics to achieve financial and operational targets. About You
Proven experience in a
Plant Manager, Operations Manager, or Production Manager
role within a
machine assembly, equipment manufacturing, or automation environment . Strong technical understanding of
mechanical, electrical, and systems assembly processes . Demonstrated success in leading large teams and improving manufacturing efficiency. Skilled in Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies. Excellent leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related discipline (Master’s preferred). Why Apply?
