In This Role, You Will
Handle all aspects of the infusion referral process; obtain authorizations, financial counseling, benefit investigation
Liaise with referring providers to obtain necessary documentation and communicate status of their patients
Communicate referral process and status to patients in a customer‑centric way
Openly communicate with referring/prescribing providers
Assist in maintaining medical inventory and office supplies
Dedicated 6‑week training plan to help you succeed in your role
Here’s What We’re Looking For
Passion for patient care and delivering exceptional patient experiences
Health care experience required
Prior experience in infusion preferred
Insurance prior authorization experience
Medical terminology experience
Overall medical insurance experience
Ability to quickly grasp new apps
Experience and strong familiarity utilizing Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems
