The GOTO (Food Expeditor) role at
Silver Brands
focuses on finishing dishes with garnishes and sauces and coordinating between the front of house and kitchen to assemble orders for service.
Responsibilities
Finish dishes with garnishes and sauces and assemble orders for service.
Serve as the liaison between the front of house and heart of the house; work with cooks and servers to form a single team.
Learn flavor profiles and food trends from around the world.
Support the culinary team in delivering high-quality guest experiences.
Weekend and holiday availability is required for this position.
Qualifications
Must have weekend and holiday availability.
Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds.
Must be able to stand on your feet for long periods of time.
Restaurant experience is preferred.
