We are seeking a passionate and strategic Hardware Product Manager to lead the development and launch of innovative hardware products. You will own the product lifecycle from concept to commercialization, working closely with engineering and manufacturing teams (including global ODM partners) to deliver world-class hardware that enhances our connected ecosystem. Key Responsibilities

Define and execute the product vision and roadmap for the hardware portfolio, aligned with company strategy and customer insights. Identify opportunities to grow revenue, reduce costs, and improve the end-user experience. Drive all phases of product development—from concept, specification, and prototyping to validation, tooling, manufacturing, and launch. Lead technical scoping in close partnership with engineering, design, quality, and supply chain teams. Collaborate with global ODM partners to manage development timelines, cost targets, and product performance. Ensure detailed PRDs, DVT/PVT planning, and thorough design reviews to deliver manufacturable and scalable products. Work directly with ODMs and key suppliers across regions to manage NPI execution, resolve technical issues, and ensure compliance with specs and quality standards. Support vendor selection and evaluation based on capability, innovation, and cost efficiency. Drive joint development efforts, ensuring alignment across internal and external stakeholders. Champion forward-thinking product concepts and next-generation hardware through market trends, technology scouting, and consumer research. Develop compelling business cases and concept validation plans to secure leadership buy-in and roadmap prioritization. Partner closely with software, materials, marketing, sales, and customer experience teams to ensure integrated product experiences and go-to-market readiness. Act as a central point of contact between internal teams and external partners for all product-related decisions. Collaborate with research teams to translate consumer feedback and market trends into actionable product strategies. Conduct competitive benchmarking to identify white space and areas for differentiation. Partner with quality engineering and compliance teams to manage risk assessments, regulatory approvals, and continuous improvement initiatives. Ensure high product reliability and adherence to global standards (FCC, CE, UL, etc.). Monitor product performance post-launch and drive iterative improvements through consumer feedback and data analysis. Qualifications
