Customer Support Specialist
at our
Waterloo, IA
headquarters. The general hours for this position are 7:30am–4:00pm (Central Time), Monday through Friday. Starting hourly base pay is $18.00 to $20.50 per hour, commensurate with experience, with the opportunity to receive two increases during the first year. Responsibilities
Provide the best possible customer experience by helping identify customer needs while promoting customized print and electronic communications. Communicate effectively with customers and sales reps to form productive relationships. Assist sales reps with keeping customers informed of products and promotions available. Act as the link between customers and the organization in the absence of the sales rep. Provide best-in-class sales support and customer service. Assist with product pricing, quoting, and ordering. Qualifications
Excellent interpersonal skills (verbal, written, and over the phone). Thorough knowledge of the features, benefits, and uses of all POS products. Highly self-motivated; Team player. Knowledge of applicable computer systems such as Microsoft Office Suite, ERP, Salesforce. Additional Details
