Community Manager , reporting directly to the Regional Manager, you’ll be responsible for all leasing and operational performance at your assigned apartment community. You’ll lead your team with confidence and bring a proactive, hands-on approach to property success. Key Responsibilities: Maximize rental revenue by maintaining high occupancy and minimizing vacancy loss Lead and manage on-site teams (leasing, marketing, maintenance) Oversee the full apartment turnover process, ensuring minimal downtime Analyze leasing trends, traffic, and availability to drive leasing performance Ensure sales and model units meet top standards of cleanliness and maintenance Drive NOI through strategic expense control and revenue optimization Recommend pricing strategies based on market trends Review and analyze monthly financial statements and site budgets Administer leases, maintain tenant relations, and enforce lease terms Supervise vendor relationships and manage competitive bid processes Conduct property inspections and maintain a high level of performance Respond to emergency maintenance issues as needed Previous
