Creates and maintains safe working environment and cultures within the organization Takes care of company property Works with more advanced and multi/complex systems Proactively troubleshoots systems for mechanical and electrical equipment conditions Anticipates and corrects safety issues – both company and customer-owned equipment May be responsible for work in multiple systems, locations or customers Provides coaching or training to entry-level technicians Position Requirements
FORMAL EDUCATION: Required: HS diploma or equivalent Tech cert or degree or industry-specific licenses Technical military background preferred KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE: Required: Ability to obtain TWIC card Ability to obtain a CDL, class A or B with applicable endorsements 3-7 years technical experience including industrial or commercial process water experience Experience with Microsoft Office including smart devices Must have customer service experience Demonstrates critical thinking and troubleshooting ability Basic controls ability (PLC) DRIVING REQUIREMENTS: Able to operate a company vehicle Able to pass driver requirements which include: Driver Application for Employment Driver Disclosure and Release Employee Applicant Drug and Alcohol Statement FMCSA Certificate of Awareness Driver Certificate of Violations Driver Statement of On Duty Hours Road Test Copy of Driver’s License (Front and Back) Copy of Medical Certificate Must be able to function in a team environment Usually works with little to no supervision Works independently Has ability to lead, coach, guide and motivate TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS: 50% or more Evoqua Water Technologies prohibits discrimination against qualified individuals based on their status as protected veterans or individuals with disabilities, and prohibits discrimination against all individuals based on their race, color, religion, sex, national origin, sexual orientation or any other category protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
