Co-Manager , you will assist the GM in overall store operations, focusing on sales and KPIs. Location : Welcome to Las Vegas @ Project 63, Las Vegas, NV 89118, US Schedule : Mandatory weekend availability Pay : $40,000 Job Type : Full-time Benefits Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance Free Life Insurance Short- & Long-Term Disability Insurance Paid Time Off 401k with company match Employee Discount Starting Pay: $40,000 Job Responsibilities Lead the sales culture by demonstrating, encouraging, and developing all direct reports Open and close the store Maintain financial controls, keep the store environment clean and organized, serve as a role model to staff Participate in CSA/Stock and Leads’ review process and meet deadlines Communicate with AGM Operations about merchandise fit, popularity, and sell-through rates Utilize store software systems such as WebIM and Storeforce Understand and meet all KPI targets Other duties as assigned Minimum 3+ years of experience in a management or retail training role in a fast-paced environment Proficiency with computer systems and POS registers Ability to work varied hours/days Organized, detail-oriented, with strong time management skills Team-oriented with results-driven approach Strong multitasking and problem-solving skills Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher) TAM Card and security clearance may be required depending on location Satisfactory criminal background check and drug test may be required depending on location Additional Requirements Mobility Limited sitting; frequent standing, walking, climbing, crouching, bending, pushing, or pulling Visual / Hearing Normal or corrected vision and hearing; ability to distinguish patterns or materials Language Fluent in English (speak, read, write) Physical Activity Use of fine motor hand functions Lift 0-60 lbs.
