Design and deliver IFS Supply Chain Modules (Inventory Replenishment, Sales Orders, SRM & Procurement, Shipment Management, and Warehouse Management) with leading practices throughout all phases of a cloud transformation Apply business process and system expertise to bring forth leading practices in Inventory Management, Procurement, Order Management, Fulfillment, and Logistics Formulate business and functional requirements to set the direction for solution delivery aligned to business goals Lead configuration of IFS Cloud, oversee testing and training during ERP Transformation initiatives Support robust change management programs to increase adoption of the IFS Cloud solution Partner with project managers to identify project risks and issues and develop mitigation strategies Participate in the development and deployment of implementation methodologies, trainings and toolkits Support sales cycles as a Subject Matter Expert Lead the continuous development of the market offering Provide coaching, mentoring and performance counseling to consultants and client team members Develop and deploy IFS Cloud implementation training for team members Network and build relationships with clients and the community Invest in professional development through firm-wide learning programs Support the growth and development of team members and clients through the Baker Tilly Care and Teach philosophy Engage in team bonding and activities that support work-life balance Successful Candidates Will Have
Bachelor’s degree in related field or relevant experience Minimum of seven (7) years of implementation experience, with 2+ years hands-on experience with IFS Applications Supply Chain modules or other leading ERP solutions IFS Supply Chain experience or Practitioner Certification preferred Certification or experience with additional IFS modules a plus Business expertise in Supply Chain processes and knowledge of Order to Cash, Procure to Pay or Plan to Produce Strong analytical, process development and Microsoft Office skills Ability to engage at business and technical levels and deliver exceptional client service Ethical knowledge and commitment to quality; ability to multi-task and meet deadlines Strong communication skills and ability to work with diverse stakeholders Ability to travel up to 50% Willingness to work non-traditional hours for client demands occasionally Compensation: The range for this role is $123,840 to $234,770.
