Job Summary

College Work Study Program (Project STAND Food Pantry Assistant) – Off-Campus Instructional Sites and Centers at Southwest Tennessee Community College. This is an off-site position requiring effective communication via phone and email, with duties completed accurately and delivered with high quality and timeliness. Job Duties

Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of youth programming events and activities. Provide clerical assistance to maintain accurate records and databases related to program participants, events, and resources. Assist with coordination and logistics for workshops, seminars, and career fairs, ensuring smooth operation and participant satisfaction. Provide clerical support to the program director, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and handling correspondence. Collaborate with program staff to develop and update program materials, including brochures, handouts, and training materials. Minimum Qualifications

Must be a registered student of Southwest Tennessee Community College. Only students who are approved for Federal Work Study are qualified for this position. If you have any questions regarding this requirement, please reach out to the Financial Aid Office. Organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail. Good written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with a wide array of groups. Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Forms, PowerPoint) and other relevant software. A passion for supporting youth development and a commitment to promoting college and career readiness in young individuals. Additional Information
