EXPERIENCED AUTOMOTIVE SERVICE ADVISORS APPLY! US: Large volume, family-owned Toyota dealership with a great pay plan YOU: Experienced SERVICE ADVISOR PRO! David Wilson’s Toyota of Las Vegas has immediate openings for Service Advisors! Responsibilities

Maintain accurate records and documentation (automotive documents, repair orders, invoices, and maintenance records) Review and verify vehicle warranty and service contract coverage to produce accurate cost estimates, work orders, and other paperwork related to necessary repairs. Meets or exceed sales goals including add-on sales. Determine vehicle needs based on customer information and a vehicle walk-around, inspections, and test drives Produce repair orders, including cost and time estimates Communicate frequently with technicians and parts associates to ensure timely completion of work Follow up with customers on the status of their vehicle to ensure satisfaction Gain and maintain product knowledge to effectively help customers Provide an excellent customer satisfaction to drive loyalty We are looking for:

Bilingual Preferred (Spanish) Excellent Customer Service / CSI Great Communication Positive Attitude Must have experience as a service advisor UCS Power and Toyota experience preferred, but not necessary Qualifications

3+ year of service advisor experience preferred Proven ability to sell Proficient time management and organizational skills Exemplary communication and customer service skills Pass background screening, pre-placement drug screening and must have an acceptable MVR Excellent compensation and benefits package.
