The second shift Production Supervisor manages Value Stream Cell operations in directing, managing, planning, and coordinating on-time and on-budget assembly of products on the production floor to meet labor, material, quality, and schedule requirements. Requires knowledge of Lean manufacturing, continuous improvement methodologies, coaching, mentoring, and management of direct reports. Access to export-controlled commodities, technical data, software, and services is required. U.S. citizenship or equivalent status or export authorization is required. Essential Job Functions

Supervise daily manufacturing operations in assigned value stream(s) to meet production requirements and deliver quality products to customers in a timely and cost-efficient manner Manage the use of resources and raw materials to meet operating plan and budgetary commitments Ensure compliance with GMP rules, product documentation, specifications, SOPs, and customer requirements Work closely with Quality Assurance, Production Planners, and Materials Team Integrate Danaher Business System (DBS) into value stream operations, update production charts, report production metrics, set team goals and countermeasures, and provide associate training Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a scientific or engineering discipline with 2+ years of manufacturing experience or 5+ years (minimum) of manufacturing experience 2+ years of managing/supervising a manufacturing team (talent acquisition, development, performance management) Ability to manage multiple priorities, comply with GMPs and aerospace regulatory guidelines, collect/analyze data for process improvement and root cause/corrective actions Knowledge of manufacturing tools and equipment with strong assessment and troubleshooting skills Strong communication/interpersonal skills at all levels; ability to present to groups and senior management Proficiency with computer systems to access production information; SAP experience and MS Excel/Word preferred Physical / Safety Requirements

Use of hands to manipulate office equipment Standing, walking, bending, lifting, sitting for long periods Required lifting weight up to 30 lbs daily Other Requirements

Duties may require working nights and weekends Maintaining safety and professional standards within a facility Maintaining communication between employees and senior executives; hours 2:30 PM to 11:00 PM; some overtime and weekends may be required Benefits and Conditions
