Resident Services Coordinator The Resident Services Coordinator is responsible for overseeing all aspects of resident relations, activities, communication, and community outreach. The coordinator works closely with the Community Manager to develop and maintain a residential environment conducive to the overall success of the property.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Resident Relations Management

Regular/daily onsite attendance is required

Develop and plan property‑related services/programs in collaboration with staff, residents, and other housing agencies

Coordinate monthly newsletters and implement educational programming models for social events

Oversee new and existing resident community outreach and community development

Address resident complaints, concerns, and requests to ensure resident satisfaction

Develop and implement resident retention programs (e.g., resident functions, special promotions, monthly newsletter)

Personnel Management: assist the Community Manager in hiring, training, coaching, and developing on‑site staff; ensure staff compliance with company policies and procedures

Promote harmony and quality job performance of staff through support and effective leadership

Education & Experience

High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred or 2 years experience in the housing industry; or 1–2 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience

Ability to understand and perform all onsite software functions; basic computer skills required

Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements

Physical Requirements

Ability to communicate with others to exchange information, repeat motions involving wrists, hands, and/or fingers, and work overtime, weekends, and night hours (emergencies)

Ability to remain stationary, stand, or sit for prolonged periods, move about to accomplish tasks, and move from one worksite to another

Occasional requirement to ascend/descend ladders, stairs, scaffolding, etc., and manipulate objects up to 25 lbs. in various directions; ability to operate machinery, motor vehicles, golf carts, and work in a variety of environmental conditions

Salary Range : $20 per hour to $22 per hour
