We are looking for an FP&A Manager to join our team to train AI models. You will measure the progress of AI chatbots, evaluate their logic, and solve problems to improve model quality.
In this role you will need expert level of financial reasoning. Relevant fields include Financial Accounting, Investment Banking, Wealth Management, and Insurance Planning.

Projects are paid hourly starting at $50–$60 USD per hour, with bonuses for high quality and high volume work.

Give AI chatbots diverse and complex problems and evaluate their outputs.
Evaluate the quality produced by AI models for correctness and performance.
Qualifications
Fluency in English (native or bilingual).
Detail‑oriented.
Proficient in financial analysis, financial modeling, data analysis, and other finance‑related reasoning exercises.
A current, in‑progress, or completed Master’s or PhD is preferred but not required.
Note: This is an independent contract position.
