Program Focus - Own the planning and execution of all program-specific capacity expansion initiatives for an assigned portfolio of programs. Regularly brief internal leadership and external customers on program strategies to meet targeted production rates. Assemble and lead cross functional teams focused on NRE, dual sourcing, and long lead material efforts required to meet forecasted production volumes Assist in the development of supplier capacity expansion program plans and support negotiation of those subcontracts. Influence and validate supplier budget and schedule baselines using the Earned Value Management System (EVMS). Ensure alignment with program and customer objectives. Up to 30% business travel to other L3Harris facilities and suppliers across the country and flexibility to work extended hours as needed. Ability to obtain a US Secret Security Clearance. Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 6 years of prior relevant supply chain experience. Graduate Degree and a minimum of 4 years of prior related supply chain experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 10 years of prior related supply chain experience. Preferred Additional Skills

Specialized knowledge of Aerospace and Defense supply chain processes (i.e., operating within stringent regulatory requirements such as FAR/dFARS, AS9100, MDA CUI, SPRS). Strong knowledge of project management methods utilized within the defense acquisition environment (program planning, integrated master scheduling, and earned value management). Demonstrated experience managing budgets or negotiating contracts over $100M within the defense acquisition environment (i.e., subject to stringent regulatory requirements such as FAR/dFARS, AS9100, MDA CUI, SPRS). Direct experience supporting programs such as PAC-3, THAAD, SM6, MK72, MK104, and Tomahawk. Direct experience working on capital expansion or capital expenditure projects deployed to meet rapid growth targets. Experience with MS PowerPoint, MS Project, MS Excel, and MS Word.
