Nature of Work Support and assist the project management team in ensuring timely and profitable project completion. Assist with schedules, budgets, progress reviews, billings, bids, change orders, submittals, and reports. Maintain job records and files. Interface with subcontractors, owners, vendors, and company personnel to coordinate efficient completion of a project. Occasional travel (typically 10% or less) may be required.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Create and administer project management documentation including submittals, transmittals, change orders, etc.
Assist the project manager with budgeting, tracking, and projecting job costs.
Coordinate and communicate with owners, vendors, crews, subcontractors, architects, and suppliers to facilitate timely and profitable project completion.
Maintain all job records and files and assist with archiving project documentation upon completion.
Develop operations and maintenance manuals, as required.
Exercise initiative and perform additional duties as needed to meet the needs of the organization.
Qualifications

Education
A minimum of a GED or high school diploma
Experience
Two or more years of related work experience required.
Experience working within the building trades (design or construction) preferred;
Experience working with legal and insurance construction documentation helpful.
Physical Demands
Physical demands are moderate. The employee may sit comfortably for most of the work, but may also walk, stand, bend, or carry items weighing 25‑50 pounds. The work may involve periods of standing, walking on rough or uneven surfaces, bending, crouching, stooping, stretching, reaching, climbing, or similar activities. Requires good vision, hearing, and speech.
Work Environment
Standard project site environment that may include machinery, parts, and chemicals. Protective gear may be required.
