(The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.) Job Description: Acts as the primary liaison with the client, coordinating staff, financials, and vendors as needed for successful building operations. Coordinate repairs, maintenance and site inspections. Respond positively and promptly to requests from client and occupants. Ensure documentation and reports are completed accurately and on time. Monitor the facility to ensure that it remains safe, secure, and well-maintained. Oversee the maintenance and repair of machinery, equipment, and electrical and mechanical systems. Plan, administer, and control budgets for contracts, equipment, and supplies. Skills: Familiar with building systems, documentation, and administration. Verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, customer service and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage one’s time. Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, and production methods. Ability to apply accounting and mathematical principles to work as needed. Ability to analyze business trends and project future revenues and expenses. Previous experience with computer applications, such as Microsoft Word and Excel.
