What is a Senior Client Solutions Coordinator? This isn’t a standard sales admin job. It’s a critical role connecting our sales, service, and solutions teams. You’ll create quotes, coordinate proposals, manage vendor deal registrations, and help our internal teams deliver smooth, accurate results. What You’ll Do You’ll work behind the scenes to make sure every quote, proposal, and deal runs seamlessly from request to completion.
Quote and Proposal Creation
– Build accurate, detailed client quotes and proposals using tools like Quoter or ConnectWise Sell.
Product and Service Support
– Help our Client Account Managers (CAMs) and Solutions team choose the right IT products and services for each client.
Vendor Coordination
– Work directly with vendors like Dell, Cisco, and Microsoft to secure pricing, register deals, and confirm product details.
Agreement and Renewal Management
– Maintain visibility into renewals for warranties, licensing, and service agreements to keep client solutions up to date.
Sales Operations Support
– Ensure proposals and supporting materials are complete, accurate, and ready for delivery to clients.
AI and Process Improvement
– Use AI tools like Microsoft Copilot to draft proposal text, summarize product specs, and improve internal documentation.
Cross-Team Collaboration
– Coordinate closely with CAMs, the Service team, and the Solutions group to ensure consistency and clear communication.
What You Bring Must-Haves
3+ years of experience in IT sales support, quoting, or sales operations (MSP or reseller experience preferred)
Strong knowledge of IT hardware and services including laptops, servers, networking, and Microsoft 365 licensing
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in pricing, SKUs, and specifications
Organized, methodical, and able to manage multiple quote and proposal requests at once
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency with CRM and quoting tools such as Quoter or ConnectWise
Comfortable learning and using new tools like Microsoft Copilot to increase efficiency
Nice-to-Haves
Experience with vendor deal registrations and manufacturer programs
Familiarity with ConnectWise Manage or similar PSA platforms
Demonstrated ability to improve or streamline sales processes
Certifications or continuing education in sales operations, vendor management, or IT products
A Day in the Life
Start the day reviewing quote requests from CAMs and preparing a proposal comparing two Dell workstation models.
Join the sales huddle to share updates on deal registrations and upcoming renewals.
Finalize two approved quotes and update project teams on product lead times.
Use Copilot to summarize vendor product updates for the team.
End the day confirming that all proposals are logged and accurate, then enjoy a cold brew or kombucha with your teammates.
