About the Role SiaX is looking for a Paid Social Media Strategist to drive the strategy and execution of paid campaigns across search, social, display, video, and app environments. This role goes beyond channel execution—it requires critical thinking, proactive problem‑solving, and the ability to connect paid media performance directly to business growth. You’ll partner closely with Growth, Creative, Analytics, and Account teams.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Growth Partner
– Own the strategy for paid media campaigns across search, social, and app channels, ensuring alignment with client business objectives.
Performance Drive
– Lead paid social growth campaigns across Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Reddit, Pinterest, and emerging platforms, optimizing toward CPA, ROAS, ROI, and acquisition KPIs.
Automation Architect
– Collaborate with Ad‑Tech and Product partners to design and scale automation and optimization frameworks using tools such as Meta APIs, Smartly, and custom solutions.
Proactive Innovator
– Continuously identify opportunities to design and run A/B tests, expand campaigns beyond maintenance mode, and unlock new efficiencies and growth levers.
Cross‑Functional Collaborator
– Work with creative, analytics, and account teams to integrate paid media seamlessly into broader campaigns and client strategies.
Analytical Storyteller
– Translate performance data into actionable insights, explaining what happened, why, and how to get more.
What Success Looks Like
Campaigns consistently meet or exceed performance benchmarks across channels.
Multi‑million dollar paid social budgets are paced accurately, optimized effectively, and tied to business outcomes.
Reporting provides clear insights, actionable recommendations, and a forward‑looking roadmap for growth.
Automation and optimization frameworks improve efficiency and scalability.
Clients and internal teams view you as a trusted strategist who delivers proactive, innovative solutions.
Campaign roadmaps demonstrate ongoing learning, iteration, and curiosity.
Qualifications
4–6+ years managing paid social campaigns across major platforms with proven ROI.
Strong grasp of full‑funnel performance marketing and business impact of paid media.
Skilled in campaign management, reporting, and automation tools (Meta Ads Manager, Smartly, TikTok Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager).
Data‑driven mindset with experience running A/B tests and translating insights into optimizations.
Confident collaborator and communicator, able to partner cross‑functionally and present strategies to clients.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications or related field; platform certifications a plus.
