Job Description We’re looking for a
Senior Business Analyst
to help drive the evolution of our regulatory reporting platform within a fast-changing technology landscape. The ideal candidate combines strong financial knowledge with a technical mindset and enjoys turning complex requirements into scalable, efficient solutions.
You’ll be working closely with Finance, Liquidity, and Risk teams across regions to modernize systems, streamline processes, and deliver high-quality regulatory reporting capabilities.
Role and responsibilities
Lead end-to-end delivery of regulatory reporting initiatives, from design to production rollout
Define and execute the transformation roadmap for the reporting architecture and workflows
Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications aligned with strategic goals
Partner with global teams to ensure consistency, scalability, and data integrity across platforms
Evaluate and integrate new tools or technologies to enhance reporting accuracy and efficiency
Collaborate with stakeholders to present architecture recommendations and solution proposals
Manage project timelines, risks, and communication to ensure successful delivery
Promote best practices in documentation, governance, and cross-functional collaboration

Qualifications
At least 7 years of experience in financial services (banking, broker-dealer, or FBO)
In-depth knowledge of
regulatory reporting systems
and industry standards
Proven ability to manage complex projects or large-scale reporting transformations
Strong background in business analysis, data sourcing, and application testing
Expertise in financial products, accounting principles, and reporting frameworks
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Analytical thinker with the ability to propose creative, sustainable solutions
Preferred Qualifications
Hands-on experience with
Adenza / Axiom ControllerView (Nasdaq)
Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or Information Technology
Experience in accounting, audit, or data management within financial institutions
Familiarity with Agile and SDLC methodologies
Proficiency with tools such as JIRA, HP ALM, and SQL

The salary range for this role is US$100,000 - US$145,000
