Project Manager, Site Development Pay:
$130K - $160K Type:
Direct hire The Project Manager will lead civil engineering design projects from concept through completion. This role is responsible for project management, team leadership, client engagement, and financial oversight. Responsibilities
Lead project design teams, ensuring technical accuracy, adherence to engineering standards, and timely delivery Manage all phases of civil engineering projects including conceptual planning, grading, drainage, and utility design Oversee project budgets, invoicing, and profitability while maintaining strong client relationships Prepare technical proposals, scopes of work, schedules, and change orders Conduct ordinance reviews, coordinate with utility providers, and support construction oversight through site visits Ensure quality control and compliance with company CAD standards Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field 8+ years of relevant experience in land development PE license preferred Experience with stormwater management, hydrology, and site development design Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D Strong knowledge of local land use regulations and permitting processes Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines All applicants must be able to work in the U.S. without current or future sponsorship
