Responsible for the efficient organization of crews Must be able to lead a crew for installation and wiring of traffic signals and light poles Facilitate training and coaching to ensure a high standard of excellence Recognize and address issues/problems that may arise among crew members and provide effective resolution Accountable for following project plans/schedules, ensuring that crews perform activities to meet production goals Identify needs and deficiencies in the schedule and communicate these to the appropriate individuals Identify, verify, and report any scheduling conflicts with other crews and subcontractors to the appropriate individuals Responsible and accountable for the safety of the crews under his/her direction Know, understand, and communicate safety policies & procedures to ensure compliance in all areas of safety Ensure timely responses, actions, and corrections to any safety issue Qualifications
IMSA tech certified Must have knowledge of electrical safety protocols in field operations Prior experience with traffic signal lights At least 5 years of prior electrical experience in heavy construction Knowledge of project construction scope and objective Valid driver’s license required Pre-employment background check and drug screening required.
