About the Role We are seeking a contract Product Delivery Coordinator to support a payments technology group. This is a risk and process coordination role supporting payment applications, ensuring compliance with risk and control standards, and driving deliverables across multiple stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as Application Business Owner for assigned payment platforms.
Manage recurring risk control certifications, periodic reviews, and compliance reporting.
Coordinate and process change requests and approvals for application‑related updates.
Work closely with product owners, technical owners, and risk partners to ensure applications meet control requirements.
Drive processes forward by setting cadences, following up with stakeholders, and escalating as needed.
Maintain documentation, tracking, and reporting on all assigned responsibilities.
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in application ownership, risk management, controls, or governance functions.
Background in financial services (preferably payments, SWIFT, wires, ISO 20022, CHIPS, Fed).
Strong organizational and documentation skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management – proven ability to chase responses, build relationships, and drive accountability.
Comfortable coordinating across multiple teams and tight deadlines.
Preferred Skills
Previous experience at large organizations in risk, compliance, or application/process owner roles.
Familiarity with SWIFT messaging, ISO standards, or wire payments.
Ability to work independently and proactively in a fast‑paced environment.
