We’re seeking a Regional Business Manager who’s ready to be part of a people-first company offering best-in-class products, exceptional training, and deep industry pride—all built to help our partners and team succeed.
What You’ll Be Doing
Develop regional business plans that drive share growth across all target markets and product categories.
Understand HBE Strategic direction and execute regional activities consistent with this strategy.
Collaborate with National Business Manager, Product Management, Technical Services, Marketing, Operations, Independent Sales Reps, Territory Sales Manager(s), Customer Service to drive share growth.
Formulate a Regional Sales Plan that incorporates strategies and programs with short- and long-term goals for each target market and key customer, achieving/exceeding annual revenue, square foot, and contribution margin goals.
Create accurate forecasts for the region and key accounts, providing meaningful insights on customer and market performance.
Manage Sales Reps and Territory Sales Managers within market, driving compliance and desired performance across all product categories.
Monitor and communicate business trends, distribution patterns, consumer and trade attitudes, competitive practices, and product performance to senior leadership.
Foster an environment of accountability, embrace change and lead by example.
Participate in sales meetings, customer events, trade shows, and group exhibitor meetings as required.
Actively participate in the closure of large projects/jobs and converting strategic customers.
What We Are Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in a related field or 8 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in the commercial roofing industry.
At least 5 years of management or leadership experience.
A motivated self-starter.
