TransFund Product Manager

Location Tulsa, Oklahoma
Summary Design, implement, and manage TransFund products to increase revenue and expand customer relationships. Lead product vision, develop roadmaps, negotiate with vendors, set pricing, and interface with C‑Level executives.
Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of credit, fraud, and other products, enhancing existing and developing new.
Monitor third‑party regulations and communicate compliance issues to internal partners and clients.
Coordinate ongoing contractual and procedural issues with vendors and assist with pricing.
Communicate all plans of action with internal partners and clients.
Maintain an expanding portfolio of TransFund products.
Represent TransFund at industry conferences and maintain visibility with customers and peers.
Qualifications Required: Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years in a related field, or equivalent experience and 15+ years in a related environment.
Advanced knowledge of payments / electronic funds transfer (EFT) industry practices and regulations and Visa/MasterCard/Cirrus/Plus/Pulse operating rules.
Advanced knowledge of Credit, Debit, and EFT Technical/Operations.
Advanced knowledge of TransFund system/products.
Excellent interpersonal and emotional intelligence skills, oral and written communication skills.
Excellent negotiation, supervisory/management, administrative, organizational, project management, and presentation skills.
Working Conditions & Physical Requirements Office setting. Standard business hours. Requires travel for conferences.
