Document Control Assistant (1-Year Contract, M-F)
Pay Rate: $22 to $28 per hour
Summary Support the Document Control team and Project Managers in managing, organizing, and tracking project documentation. Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery of all document-related materials.
Key Responsibilities
Set up and maintain document control systems for multiple projects.
Coordinate documentation with engineers, vendors, and clients.
Issue and track document transmittals and vendor submittals.
Compile and verify electronic project data books.
Package and distribute electronic documentation.
Maintain document control workflows and standards.
Identify and report issues affecting documentation accuracy or process efficiency.
Provide administrative support as needed.
Adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
Qualifications
Education: High School Diploma/GED and 3+ years of relevant experience.
Technical Skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access).
Experience with SDx, Procore, and Aconex preferred.
Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
