Base pay range $50.00/yr - $75.00/yr

Summary We are seeking an analytical self-starter to join our Investment Operations team in New York for Asset Servicing Operations. The candidate should be dedicated, capable of working independently and within teams, hands‑on with experience in a sophisticated & fast‑paced environment. They must highlight inefficiencies and areas for improvement to drive scale and possess a strong risk mindset to raise issues or concerns.

Work Schedule Hybrid. 3 days in the office, 2 days work from home.

Job Duties

Processing lifecycle activity for various loan types (syndicated, revolvers, delayed draws, private corporate and commercial real estate loans), bonds, equities, derivatives, etc., and handling loan notices related to paydowns, interest, coupons, delayed draws, revolvers, PIK, and cashless rolls.

Owning and accounting for assigned processes, including data maintenance and ensuring timely activity processing with adherence and evidence of controls.

Reviewing and actioning daily reconciliation of cash, position, and accruals, and assisting in resolving settlement exceptions.

Partnering and collaborating with internal colleagues such as Middle Office (fund needs), Securities Master team (asset setup & lifecycle activities), and the Reconciliation team (break resolution), as well as Business/Legal stakeholders.

Working with external trustees, custodians, prime brokers, and agents to resolve pending event settlements or exception discrepancies.

Booking restructures, bridge/commitment fees, and loan amendments.

Updating process documentation and evidencing controls and calculations.

Responding to queries and taking complete ownership of lifecycle event processes.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor's/Master's degree with a focus in Operations/Finance/Accounting preferred.

2–5 years of relevant work experience.

Full understanding of the loan lifecycle (able to process cashless rolls, interest, paydowns, etc.).
