The Irvine, CA office of Jacobs is looking for a self‑motivated Registered Professional Land Surveyor to perform the following criteria

Responsibilities

Duties would include project managing various types of survey project disciplines to continue growth for the land survey team. The ideal candidate would have the ability to work and communicate well with other field and office personnel.

Duties will include managing surveying technicians and calculation of data pertaining to his or her project specifics.

RPLS will analyze data and make boundary determinations.

This position is not a managing role, but a project manager position.

Compensation is commensurate with experience along with a desire to be part of a growing team.

Here’s what you’ll need

RPLS must have at least 3 years of responsible charge experience to be considered for this position.

Must have Transportation DOT experience and precertifications.

Holds a Texas registration.

Versed in MicroStation with GeoPak and / or ORD and Trimble Business Center.

Experience in Autodesk Civil 3d and Carlson and Microsoft Office products.

The base salary range for this position is $106,000.00 to $165,550.00. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job‑related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
