Operations & Support Coordinator

to join our growing team. This person will play a key role in keeping PAYRA running smoothly by supporting day-to-day operations, assisting our clients, and helping drive internal process improvements. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment, and is excited to wear multiple hats across customer success and business support. Key Responsibilities Coordinate onboarding for new clients, including collecting documentation and configuring systems Manage customer support requests (email, phone, ticketing) and ensure timely resolution Monitor payment platform activity and flag unusual behavior or errors Assist with merchant application reviews, underwriting follow-up, and approvals Support internal processes including reporting, billing, and CRM hygiene Maintain accurate records for client accounts, integrations, and support history Collaborate with our sales, tech, and leadership teams to continuously improve service Occasionally support marketing or compliance initiatives as needed Qualifications 1–3 years of experience in customer support, operations, or business administration Excellent organizational and communication skills Tech-savvy with the ability to learn new platforms quickly Problem-solving mindset and willingness to take initiative Comfortable juggling multiple tasks and working independently Bonus: Familiarity with accounting softwares or SaaS environments What You’ll Get Competitive compensation Flexible work environment (Can be hybrid in Nashville) Opportunity to grow with a fast-moving fintech company Direct access to leadership and impact on core operations Seniority level
