You would be responsible for learning the Express way, and building and creating relationships with employers in the Tempe/Chandler area. The ideal candidate will be comfortable meeting with companies face2face and over the phone. They have excellent organizational skills in order to build and maintain a pipeline of prospective client companies. Additionally, they should be committed to both meeting and exceeding assigned quotas. Responsibilities Maintain and develop pipeline of companies hiring Call on 150 decision Makers / Weekly Conduct 10 face to face appointments weekly Qualify companies by asking hiring and skill related questions Serve as contact person for all client companies Send 3 Weekly email campaigns Meet weekly quotas related to calls and emails & Marketing campaigns. Qualifications Effective communication skills Strong organizational and interpersonal skills Experience working with Microsoft Office suite High-energy and passion Demonstrated ability to meet quotas Compensation 48-50k Base Lucrative uncapped commission structure Client bonus Year-end profit sharing bonus 100% employer - paid benefits for the employee Matching 401k Rich PTO package
