The Executive MBA program is a cohort-based, accelerated master’s program for working professionals. Instructors teach courses in Communications, Finance, Leadership, Management, Product Development, and Project Management, with the possibility of other topics as needed. The program is hybrid, with some class sessions in-person and others synchronous online. All classes are taught on Fridays and Saturdays in Snead Hall.
Should funding for such adjunct teaching positions become available, the Department will contact persons in the pool whose credentials match our teaching needs. This pool will be accessed only when an opening arises.

Department Executive MBA
Duties & Responsibilities Teach MBA courses as needed. These classes could be inclusive of all areas within the discipline.
Qualifications Minimum Qualifications
A M.S. degree or higher to teach graduate-level courses.
Demonstrated experience working in and fostering an environment of respect, professionalism, and civility with a population of faculty, staff, and students from various backgrounds and experiences, or a commitment to do so as a faculty member at VCU.
Preferred Qualifications
Prior teaching experience is particularly welcome.
Applied business experience in a Director/VP/C-level position is preferred.
