Omnichannel Associate - Market Sq @ Montrose at JCPenney As the Omni Associate you are accountable for contributing to profitable sales growth by executing Enterprise Fulfillment and jcp.com activities and strategies to include Customer Service & Sales, Enterprise Fulfillment, jcp.com operations, and general operations. Responsibilities
Customer Service & Sales: Greets and assists customers, delivers outstanding service, resolves issues calmly, promotes products and services, and collaborates effectively with team members. Enterprise Fulfillment: Monitors fulfillment systems, picks merchandise orders, packs orders to requirements and timelines, and completes all Ship from Store and Buy Online Pickup in Store activities in a timely manner. jcp.com Operations: Researches order shortages/overages, completes shipment check-in, binning and system reporting; assists with organization and maintenance of the stock area; processes order deliver and return transactions at the register. General Operations: Partners with Merchandise Associates/Assistants to replenish store inventory; participates in annual inventory process. Performance Standards: Consistently meets established performance standards including shrink and safety initiatives, Omnichannel, customer service, profit, productivity, and attendance. Core Competencies & Accomplishments: Work experience (minimum 1-2 years); Education (Bachelor degree or equivalent preferred; HS degree or equivalent required). Problem Solving & Ownership: Solves problems, drives sales and customer service, maintains accountability, adapts quickly, and acts with energy and urgency. Customer Experience & Integrity: Provides excellent service, builds positive relationships, and takes accountability for actions and outcomes. Benefits and Pay
Pay Range USD $12.50/hr – $15.63/hr. Eligible associates may receive a competitive benefits package including medical/dental/vision, term life insurance, paid vacation/holidays, and 401(k) with company match.
