Support the maintenance and expansion of the Legal & Regulatory Obligations Inventory Enhance and strengthen quarterly metrics and reporting, preparing and distributing relevant updates Assist in regulatory change monitoring and management, including analysis of regulatory changes and their impacts Perform quality assurance on data and refine processes related to regulatory platforms Manage internal documents and records, supporting various project work and stakeholder inquiries What is Required (Qualifications):
Proven experience in building and executing regulatory change monitoring and change management programs Knowledge of laws, regulations, and risk management practices relevant to financial services Strong skills in developing metrics and reporting, with a focus on high‑quality deliverables Excellent written and verbal communication, critical thinking, and problem‑solving abilities Juris Doctor (JD) degree How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience or strong interest in cryptocurrency and blockchain technology Background working at a law firm or as in‑house counsel Familiarity with financial services regulators and project/vendor management Experience with technology projects, including the development of business requirement documents (BRDs)
