Position Summary
The Yoga Boutique Manager is a charismatic leader who is great at getting people to try yoga.
They have the ability to recruit, cast, coach, and retain talented teachers.
They love LifePower Yoga, curating experiences that make members and LifePower Yoga teachers exclusively want to practice and teach at Life Time.
The Yoga Boutique Leader supports the member experience by teaching a minimum of 4 signature yoga classes per week.
Yoga Programming is led with a minimum of 1 yoga 1:1 session per month and 1 yoga workshop per quarter.
The Yoga Boutique Leader is responsible for supporting Yoga Teacher Training, facilitating 40‑90 hours of the program and providing the best place and marketing support to drive successful LifePower Yoga Teacher Training.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
Scouts talent, interviews and trains new members (assisting with their certification process, new procedures, policies, programs, and services)
Provides feedback and tools to help teachers improve their skill sets, with follow‑up
Optimizes effectiveness of cross‑functional teams
Identifies and reinforces common goals that build commitment and teamwork across functions and divisions
Develops positive relationships with members and teachers while building communities
Performance manages teachers with timely and clean discussions regarding developmental opportunities and strengths
Optimizes schedule operations while driving business and member experience
Communicates plans and activities in a manner that supports strategies for team member involvement
Manages and delivers yoga programming (minimum of 4 yoga 1:1's/week and 1 workshop per month)
Manages a budget and delivers on target participation expectations
Delivers on participation and class growth targets leveraging tools such as: schedule optimization, scouting, performance reports, etc.
Teaches minimum 4 Classes/Week
Position Requirements
200‑hour Yoga Certification
2 years of management or leadership experience
Certified in all LifePower Yoga Signature Classes
CPR Certification
Payroll experience
Schedule Optimization skills
Preferred Requirements
Basic computer skills: Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
Social Media experience/skills
Pay This is an hourly position with wages starting at $20.50 and pays up to $27.50, based on experience and qualifications.
