Responsibilities
Ownership of restaurant success metrics and lead the restaurant team to reach goals.
Lead guest experiences in the restaurant, including friendly interactions, a clean environment, and fresh meals.
Grow and mentor the KFC family through training, development, and onboarding of new team members.
Communicate team goals, upcoming promotions, and business updates.
Inspire a positive and collaborative family environment.
Partner with other Restaurant General Managers and Area Leaders to grow and move the business forward.
Requirements
Lead by example with high standards in customer service, food quality, and cleanliness.
True business partner with an ownership mindset regarding business results.
Mentor and coach the team effectively through training and development resources.
Build a team through selecting and onboarding new hires.
Take absolute pride in everything you do.
Goal‑oriented leader who thrives in a fast‑paced environment.
Deep appreciation and commitment to customer service and the guest experience.
Must be 18 years old with a valid driver’s license and reliable personal transportation.
