Experienced Traffic/Transportation Engineer role at

Teach and train entry-level to mid-level designers and analysts Prepare Traffic Impact and Parking Studies Conduct Intersection Capacity Analyses Design Traffic Signal and Roadway Improvement Plans Prepare Maintenance and Traffic Control drawings Develop Traffic Signal Timing Directives Create comprehensive submissions and applications to jurisdictional bodies Take on project management responsibilities, zoning and land development permitting, field inspection, hydraulic work, and project reporting Present before technical and lay bodies at municipal, county, and state meetings (with proper training) Qualifications
Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering PE license is preferred Minimum of 4 years of experience with traffic engineering and/or highway design Experience with private entitlement of zoning and site plan permitting preferred but not required Proficiency in Highway Capacity Software and Synchro/SimTraffic Ability to work effectively on a team Strong communication and organizational skills Self-motivated Familiarity with NJDOT, NYSDOT, PennDOT design and permitting is a plus Compensation
Base pay range:
$90,000.00/yr - $180,000.00/yr . Compensation based on experience, qualifications, and education, with eligibility for annual bonuses. Benefits
