a 100% Remote Project Coordinator
to support a high-volume, multi-site network refresh project. This resource will handle scheduling, logistics, client communications, and coordination tasks. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, possess a continuous learning mindset, and value autonomy, we encourage you to apply today! *No C2C* Position Overview/Responsibilities for the IT Project Coordinator: Coordinate logistics, installations, and scheduling across nationwide sites Communicate directly with client sites (veterinary hospitals) to gather details and support project updates Track progress and documentation using tools such as ServiceNow, Smartsheet, Excel, Autotask, and Ninja Support PMO Lead and jump into calls as needed to troubleshoot or assist with escalations Ensure data accuracy and timely updates across multiple project tools Must Have Requirements for the Technical Product Owner: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage moving parts independently Prior experience as a Project Coordinator or Junior Project Manager (multi-site preferred) General understanding of IT infrastructure (switches, servers, networking basics) Excellent communication and client-facing skills (white glove support while holding stakeholders accountable) Demonstrated success working cross-functionally and managing competing priorities Comfort working in a fast-paced, rapidly shifting environment Familiarity with project tracking and service delivery platforms Strong documentation habits and self-sufficiency High emotional intelligence and professional demeanor Adaptability and proactive problem-solving ability What’s in it for you?
