Overview

As a Project and Business Development Manager, you will be working across industries to provide outstanding Operational Technology related services and products identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing strategies for growth, managing projects, and building relationships with clients and partners to drive revenue and expand market presence. You could be working on opportunities for assembly lines, Oil and Gas, datacenters, food and beverage, building automation, pharmaceutical and more! The role will require excellence as an individual contributor as well as working as part of a larger team. Responsibilities

Project Management: Manage the Project Lifecycle from initial request (RFQ) to after-sale service. Plan, organize, and execute projects within budget and on schedule; develop project plans including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation; identify project risks and implement risk mitigation strategies; ensure project alignment with company strategy and objectives; ensure project deliverables meet quality standards; monitor project progress and implement corrective action. Build and manage Project teams: Recruit, train, and manage project teams, assign tasks, and provide guidance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Engineering, Operations) to achieve project goals. Manage vendors and contractors, scheduling and costs to achieve project goals. Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities; develop and execute business development strategies including market entry, sales and commercial strategies, and partnership initiatives. Build and maintain relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders. Generate leads, prepare proposals, and negotiate contracts. Track and analyze business performance and manage and service customer accounts. Represent the company at trade shows, events, and on customers’ sites as required. Build and manage the Sales and Business Development team. Other Responsibilities: Conduct market research; perform financial analysis, budgeting, and revenue forecasting; prepare reports and communications for customers and stakeholders; develop, implement, and maintain business processes and systems. Qualifications

Bachelors Degree in Engineering or other technical discipline strongly preferred Demonstrable portfolio of contacts and successes Drug Free work environment Valid Driver’s license and ability to travel without restrictions 5+ years in industrial or technical sales Strong verbal and written communication skills Excellent problem solving, analytical and detail-oriented mindset Ability to work with cross-functional and discipline teams effectively Ability to project and account manage post-sale to keep customers engaged Strong knowledge in marketing, CRMs, and event coordination Benefits
