We are currently seeking: Business Operations Manager The Business Operations Manager oversees the company’s day-to-day administrative, facilities, and IT functions of assigned location(s) to drive efficiency, ensure compliance, and align with organizational goals. This role provides leadership to assigned staff, manages administrative and facility operations, and coordinates technology resources to support business growth and productivity. Responsibilities
Supervisory Responsibilities: Organizes and oversees the schedules and work of assigned personnel. Supervisory Responsibilities: Conducts performance evaluations that are timely and constructive. Supervisory Responsibilities: Handles discipline of assigned personnel as needed and in accordance with company policy. Duties/Responsibilities
Oversee company IT operations, including cybersecurity, phone systems, audio/visual, and management of third-party vendors supporting Tusco in these areas. Manage day-to-day IT needs, related policies, and overall cost control. Administer ThreatAdvice platform and lead phishing education programs to strengthen employee awareness and reduce cyber risk. Ensure compliance with CMM (Cybersecurity Maturity Model) requirements and maintain all related documentation. Responsible for IT-related onboarding functions, including account setup, hardware/software provisioning, and employee technology orientation. Drive continuous improvement by evaluating and implementing new vendors, policies, products, or cost-saving initiatives. Ensure business continuity through robust cybersecurity, data protection, and disaster recovery protocols. Identify and implement technology solutions that enhance productivity, efficiency, and collaboration. Fleet Management
Oversee company fleet operations in partnership with the CFO during the first 90 days, with full ownership thereafter. Manage Samsara software to track utilization, optimize cost savings, and extend equipment life cycles. Collaborate with the safety team to implement and enforce safe driving practices and proper care of company assets. Develop and maintain a company-wide asset maintenance program, including equipment utilization tracking. Lead procurement of company vehicles and equipment, including vendor negotiations and paperwork management, with final approval from executive leadership. Facilities Management
Oversee all company facilities within the assigned region, including office space planning, maintenance, security, and vendor contract management. Collaborate with office location staff to address facility needs, implement processes, and ensure efficient operations Supervise Shop personnel and manage the Shop budget, including review of Shop costs and credit card usage for accuracy, accountability, and compliance with waste management requirements. Implement and enforce company policies related to shop operations, inventory, facilities, and asset management. Ensure all facilities consistently meet safety, regulatory, and operational standards. Administration
Supervise, and develop Front Desk personnel Oversee office management, scheduling, recordkeeping, and administrative workflows. Insurance Program
Oversee the company’s insurance program, including bonding requirements, in partnership with third-party brokers and in coordination with PSG. Manage the full claims process for vehicle incidents, personnel accidents, workers’ compensation, and related matters. Ensure all company insurance policies remain clear, current, and compliant, maintaining alignment with PSG standards. Additional Responsibilities
Provide overflow support to the Accounting and Administration teams, including assistance with business and general contractor license requirements and other back-up tasks as requested. Support special projects as assigned by the Company President. Oversee Safety Act renewal and updates, ensuring compliance and timely submission. Assist with planning and execution of company-wide events, such as May Day and Safety Day. Other related duties as assigned Qualifications

Excellent managerial and supervisory skills Extensive knowledge of business operations, vendor management, and corporate services. Extensive knowledge of IT systems, data security practices, and digital workplace tools. Ability to interpret financial data as needed to set production goals. Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software. Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Business Administration, or related field required Five years of progressive experience in business operations, administration, facilities, and IT management. Proven leadership experience managing cross-functional teams. Experience with MS Office Suite required. Physical Requirements
