Enpal, a trailblazer in solar energy solutions, is on a mission to make renewable energy accessible and affordable for everyone. We're driven by a vision to create a sustainable future by revolutionizing how energy is produced and consumed. Join us in accelerating the transition to clean energy and be part of a dynamic, innovative, and excellence-driven team.

About the Role We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to join our Material Planning team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and managing the forecasting model and reporting framework for non-BOM materials across the Enpal group. Your work will enable accurate demand planning, ensure optimal stock levels, and support efficient cash utilization for materials outside the existing BOM (PV, HP) framework. You will collaborate closely with Material Planning, Procurement, and Operations to translate operational needs into data-driven forecasts, establish robust monitoring processes, and continuously improve forecast accuracy and service levels. This role is ideal for someone who combines technical data skills with strong process thinking and a deep interest in operational excellence.

Responsibilities Develop a forecast model for non-BOM materials, covering onboarding (initial equipment), refill, and offboarding (returns). Design and maintain forecasting processes that reflect the unique material flows and ordering logics across our different installation teams. Integrate offboarding equipment into the demand planning process to ensure a complete material cycle view. Build and maintain dashboards to monitor forecast accuracy, stock levels, and service level performance. Continuously improve and automate forecasting logic to increase realism and reduce manual effort. Support the implementation of future solutions such as stock-on-cars tracking, ensuring data accuracy and process alignment. Collaborate with Material Planners to align forecasts with business realities and ensure visibility into financial impacts. Analyze deviations between forecast and actual consumption, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions. Establish recurring reporting and review processes to drive continuous improvement in forecast performance.
